RETURN POLICY

Please take note that we only allowed return & refund under credit for the following reason :

  • receive incorrect items
  • receive defected items (not included parcel damage by courier)

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

Return items must be in their original packing and condition – unwashed, unworn, and with brand tag/label/box/dust bag intact.

The following are not eligible for returns :

  • Orders made with SPECIAL SALE, promotional codes, cash vouchers, store credit and specifically stated are non-returnable and non-exchange items
  • Returns can only made one time per order number
  • International order not eligible for return

RETURN PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Mail it back to our warehouse:

  1. To make a return, please contact us within 1-3 calendar days of receiving your order.
  2. Please wait for a confirmation respond with from us before mailing the return item(s) back via a fully trackable shipping method.

Please note that:

  • Returns will only be refunded via store credits with a 12-month expiry date.
  • We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.
  • All returns must be received within 7 working days (local orders) from the date the confirmation email was sent
  • The return will be void if we do not receive your parcel within this time frame..
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfil our returns policy.

EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer any exchange example like change size or colour due to change of mind / place order with wrong items.
  • Kindly take your own risk and double check when proceed to checkout.

INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEMS 
We apologise if we have sent you an incorrect/defective item. Kindly contact our customer care team at [email protected] or drop us a message at Instagram about this issue with your Order Number and a picture of the incorrect item or the defective area within 7 working days upon receiving your order and we will reply you within 1 working day.

  • For local returns, we will arrange for the courier to collect it from your door side within 3 working days after receiving your enquiry.
  • We will provide you with a tracking id to be written down over the parcel. Please pack it into good condition or using the same box to return it to us. We reserve the right to reject the return if we receive damage item due to not packed with proper way.
  • Please provide snapshots of the defective area and submit your return request via email at [email protected]
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is deemed defective.
  • If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer to your store credits
  • Please take note that we do not provide cash refund unless the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a credit note in which you may utilise it to purchase other available items.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfil our returns policy.

RETURN ISSUE SPECIALIST FOR TOYS

  • Please check the products immediately after received if there is any defect issue.
  • We will only allowed to be return & exchange for cases within 7days upon the items received by customer.
  • Double check with different batteries before report the issue and return.
  • If the items is well function after we received the return , shipping cost for return and resend back will be bare by customer.

MEASUREMENT DISCREPANCIES FOR CLOTHING

Please note that measurements may vary due to manufacturing processes.
The true colour of an item may also vary slightly due to lighting and inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions.
These aspects are not considered to be defects and are therefore non-eligible for returns.
