Do I need to create an account to purchase from Little Seoul Baby?
Yes! By creating an account with us, you get to keep track of your purchase history, check your store points balance and wishlist items. It also saves you time as you won’t have to filling in your address details for every order you place with us.
I am unable to sign into my account
Click on ”Forgot your password” on our LOGIN Page to reset your new password from the email received! If you did not received the email at your inbox, kindly check your junk mail folder! 
How do i order?
Simply add the item into your shopping cart. Proceed to check out for payment once you have added your desired items to your cart.
Can i amend my order after carting out?
All order are deemed confirmed and final upon checkout, do ensure that everything is checked and correct prior to placing your order!
However, we understand that accidents may occur from time to time and if you’d like to change your order, contact us immediate through the message button and send us a message! This should be done no later than 30 minutes from when the order has been placed so that our team can intercept the order and make the necessary changes for you (if possible).
What happens if I am interested in an item that is currently sold out?
Click onto ”add to wishlist”  column, you will be notify when we restock for that item or contact our customer service for more information.
Did not receive an invoice from Little Seoul Baby?
Any successful webstore orders will immediate received your confirmation order and e-receipt through your registered email.
For out of webstore example our instagram or facebook order, we will be input the order and you will received your confirmation order and e-receipt within a day. If you didn’t receive any after a day, kindly contact us for follow up.
How to check my order details / history and status?
You will need to log in into your account for all the order history. 
What are the payment methods accepted by Little Seoul Baby?
We accept the following payment methods:
  1. Bank Transfer
  2. Touch & Go
What are the currencies accepted?
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). For overseas customers, your credit card issuing bank will convert your country’s currency to Malaysia Ringgit(RM)
How long will the items be reserved for me upon receiving my invoice?
Upon checking out, your order will be reserved for you up to 24 hours only. In the event that we do not receive the upload receipt on your order within this timeframe, we regret to inform that your order will be cancelled automatically.
How long will it take to verify my payment?
Verification for bank transfer & TnG will be done within 1 days of working days.
Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we do provide FREE SHIPPING if you purchase more than RM 150 within West Malaysia.
Can I arrange for self collect for my order?
So sorry to tell we are currently not available for any self collect.
When will my order be mailed out?
Once payment has been received, an email will be sent to notify you when the item is shipping & order completed. It takes 1-3 working days for the item to be shipped out. It applicable for ready stock items only.
