All categories except TOY

You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.

Below is the list of possible reasons to return for the above categories. Please note we don’t refund cash for the below reasons. You will receive credit to exchange for different items if the same item is out of stock.

  1. Defective (a minor part, such as a black dot on fabric, is not considered defective)
  2. Wrong product
  3. Missing accessories

However, you will not be able to return your item if you have a “change of mind,” “purchased the wrong size,” or “pre-order takes too long.”




Toys category ONLY

You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it. We only accept returns for damaged items.

We will not accept any cash refunds for this category. An exchange or refund as credit is possible.

Please note, we do not provide any warranty for the toys category. Any damage after 7 days of receiving the item will not be our responsibility. Please take care of the item and prevent it from being used violently.




WE ONLY ACCEPT CASH REFUNDS IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS

We cannot guarantee the stock availability for pre-order items. Sometimes the inventory runs out quickly and unexpectedly. A cash refund is allowed in this situation. Please ensure you agree to this unpredictable situation before placing an order.




T&C and Steps for Returning Products

  1. Contact us within 7 working days of receiving the item. Provide us with photos/videos for further clarification.
  2. We will arrange DHL to pick up the item based on your available date. Please note that we do not control the time of the pickup, as DHL is a third-party company. You may need to wait for them to contact you and rearrange the time.
  3. We will only accept return parcels in good condition. Please pack the item as you received it. We refuse to accept unpacked return parcels. Damage to the parcel during delivery due to improper packing will result in the return being rejected.
  4. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and respond within 7 working days.
